Stuck on something, or a lecture did not come out right? We read every message.

Write to support@polmi.app. Tell us what you were doing and what happened. If a specific lecture went wrong, mention its title and roughly when you recorded it, so we can find it.
Common things
A lecture failed to process
Open the lecture and try again. If it still fails, send us the title and the file (or the recording) and we will look at it.
My recording stopped early
Each plan has a maximum lecture length (3 to 6 hours). Polmi stops a recording before it would pass your plan’s limit so nothing is wasted. See pricing for the limits.
Billing and plans
Individual plans are managed in the app through the App Store or Google Play. Roundtable, our group bundle of five Notebook seats, is managed here on the web.
Groups
Creating and joining a group is free, and you can share your own lectures into it. Reading a lecture a classmate shares needs a paid plan, either your own or a Roundtable seat. If you already pay for Notebook, you can join any group without using a seat.
